About this app

registraes is a comprehensive platform that allows you to register and keep track of all the people who enter and leave your facilities easily, quickly, expeditiously and without any contact using QR codes.

You can use registraes anywhere where a record of the people who enter and/or the time they remain inside is required, for example:

*OFFICES: Use registraes to keep track of time and attendance of employees and contractors, as well as to record the entry of suppliers and visitors in general.

*SCHOOLS: Helps you make an automated record of the attendance of students, as well as teaching and administrative staff. You can also use registraes to electronically register visitors and parents.

*SPORTS AND/OR RECREATIONAL CLUBS: With registraes you can keep track of the entry of members to the facilities, at the same time keep track of time and attendance of employees and register suppliers and visitors easily and without complications.

*CONSTRUCTION: With registraes you can register the entry and exit of workers at construction sites and obtain a time and attendance report.

*RESIDENTIAL: You can use registraes to make an electronic record of visitors and workers to increase security and maintain control.

*HOSPITALS: With registraes you can keep track of visitors as well as record time and attendance of employees.

registraes is very versatile and easy to use, you can take it wherever you need it and you only need a cell phone or tablet on site.

registraes has two main components:

*Web platform (https://www.registraes.com): Used to create and configure your account, add internal staff, generate your QR entry codes or personalized badges, as well as to perform detailed queries.

*Mobile APP: This application is used only at access points to scan entry codes, register entry and exit of internal staff and/or visitors, as well as to perform basic queries.

You add internal staff to the web platform to generate their QR entry codes or personalized badges that they must show at the entrance to check-in at arrival and check-out when they leave.

For visitors, you can place an access point QR code on the entrances (which you get from the web platform), which visitors can scan with their mobile devices and provide their data directly themselves to obtain an entry QR code which they show at the entrance to process their entry and when leaving they show it again to register their exit.

In general, registraes is a new concept of electronic and automated registration of people that helps you, among other things, to:
