reserved a car, went there, suddenly the reservation was gone and i couldn't reserve the car anymore, despite it being there. good idea but not functioning correctly.

app will not log you in, it will redirect you via browser and freeze. Talked to support twice, they have no idea. Truly, professionals.

There are no clear instructions on how to charge an electric car, and this is not complicated, really: just write a little more than "follow the charging station instructions." Also, when I leave a review of my trip, it just drops in the middle of review without an opportunity to at least post a new one. That happened to me twice already and this is quite frustrating. App is ok: It opens the map, shows cars, and lets you operate them trouble-free. But don't expect any service.
