soleTrader app is for you if you are a sole trader or freelancer who charges for work by the hour, need to track time on the job, and later invoice your clients. It was designed to be simple and fun to use but at the same time to provide all the necessary functions and more!
Track time, create and send (or print) quotes and invoices straight from your device wherever you are, whenever you need to.
Invoices are generated automatically from your tracked jobs: choose client, specify date range and go!
No account required - no need to log in anywhere! All the data is stored locally on your device. No need to pay expensive fees for unnecessary bells an whistles.

Here's what soleTrader can do for you:
• Quickly create and send quotes with job estimates - hourly rate, estimated duration, added costs, etc.
• Convert job estimates to jobs and start tracking time immediately.
• Create new jobs in seconds and start working.
• Save time entering job descriptions by duplicating repeated jobs.
• Quickly generate invoice as soon as your job is finished in a few button taps.
• Generate invoices by specifying date range to include jobs from (eg. send invoice for all jobs from September).
• Personalize your quotes and invoices by adding your Logotype.
• Choose your currency: $, €, £
• Send quotes and invoices in PDF format to your clients straight from your device via email, SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and more.
• Save quotes and invoices in PDF format to your device or print to your local Wi-Fi printer.
• Export your jobs to a spreadsheet file. Especially useful when it's tax time!
• Archive clients you no longer work with to keep their data safe but out of sight.
• Backup and restore your data when needed.
