This app is the worst! It is completely non-functional on my Android device. I tried working with Talech tech help and they didn't have any fixes to offer at the time and said they'd get back to me but never did. I've had Talech for my business for 18mos and it has just been a big headache the whole time with our POS and now with the app. I was hoping to use the mobile app at 2 upcoming events but the register part freezes and kicks me out every time I open it. I will be changing companies ASAP.

Horrible. We can accept 1 or 2 transactions and then it crashes and we have to spend another 2 hours with tech support trying to get it going again. At least for a about a year or so we were able to manually enter the card number via the app on the phone, so we tried a new card reader thinking that was the problem. Now the app isn't working again. Very frustrating, plus the fees for accepting VISA are sky high.

After several tries of getting the app to work on my phone there was an unknown system update I needed to do and it is working. If I could use parts of the app on a laptop to make invoices and add to my inventory and stuff like that it would be phenomenal. But at the moment I'm stuck making all changes to inventory and invoices on the phone which is not very efficient. So please make a web port or computer app for the purpose of making invoices and inventory changes.
