The system has two critical issues: 1. The "Get Receipt" button is inactive, preventing users from obtaining complete receipt details. 2. There is no automatic session expiration — the system remains active indefinitely unless the user logs out manually. This poses a significant security risk, especially for a large institution.

As it's updated, it's supposed to be better than the previous one. But it's not. Regarding report, the previous one shows Summary for every services separately. But this one doesn't. It doesn't list the whole transaction(Total debited, Total credited amount) on the front REPORT page. Also, when trying to Cash in, it sometimes say Unregistered customer, when they are registered. On the commission part, there's Reverse transaction which deducted from our commission but not explain the reason.
