Money is deducted from my account. The application says transaction declined. Doesn't have it's own customer service, they use telebirr customer service and they doesn't know the app. Ethiotel has forgotten that the app is still existing. It has worked well for a while but now it is horrible experience, I strongly recommend you use other alternatives.

Money is deducted from your account and it takes it days for it to be received. The application always says transaction declined. Customer support are not very helpful, and they don't reply fast enough or give you relevant information. All they will say is the transaction is declined and Tele is not responsible, Even though the transaction is pending on their side. It's was horrible experience for me, I strongly recommend you use other alternatives

I used the Telebirr Remit app to send money. While the transaction was completed and the amount was deducted from my account, I did not receive a confirmation, and there is no record of the transaction in my transaction history. Additionally, the recipient did not receive the money. Becareful using this app
