With willSub for Substitutes, you can:

• See a live list of all of your available and upcoming jobs.
• Get live notifications of new jobs, both in-app and as push notifications.
• Quickly tap to accept or decline a job.
• Tap to view detailed job info, including a map.
• Get notified when an accepted job is confirmed.
• Cancel an upcoming job.
• View job history for the current school year.
• View processed and unprocessed pay.
• Add, view and cancel unpaid time off.

Ratings and reviews

Too many frustrations! There needs to be a way to show cancellations in an obvious way not just subtracting them off the list. Maybe a separate category. I don't know how to find a list of what I have worked and what I am owed for each paycheck and I find that also to be frustrating. There's a lot of kinks that were never worked out before you try this out on all of us!!!!!

Up until the most recent update, I loved this app. But since I updated last week, I have had issues opening it. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, tried closing it out and relaunching, etc. I'm still getting alerts, but even clicking on those sends me to a never-ending wait. I'm having to log in to the actual website. Sad.

The App is terrible. I like the text alerts. Please bring them back. I would uninstall the App in a heartbeat. Don't make this a one way conversation, because that is what you have done! I had to submit this twice, I don't usually rate Apps, but I depended on the text alerts and the different tones. Now my phone just pulls done a notice and I have dozens of CNN, Newsbreaks... I want jobs to stand out, they are texts and I can see them. Right now the jobs are 'fly by night'. I work IT too!

What's new

- The app can now sync upcoming jobs with your device calendar! Go to More and tap "Calendar sync" to enable this feature. Once enabled, changes to upcoming jobs will sync with your device calendar.

- School employees can enter general notes that apply to all of their absences. These notes are now displayed at the top of a job’s notes.

- When attempting to add a Red Rover district to your worksite choices, we now tell you that the district must be added through the willsub.com website.
