Ratings and reviews

I have been using this for the past five years, and it was satisfactory until the most recent update. Unfortunately, the app has significantly deteriorated in performance, exhibiting severe lagging and becoming quite frustrating to use. The browsing experience is getting worse. I urge you to address these issues promptly.

Very bad experience with Intr city and redBus services. The bus didn't even bother to pick me up from the pickup point, and they didn't call or inform me about anything. I kept trying to contact both the bus operator and RedBus support, but no response from either side. I was completely stranded with no help. Such an unprofessional attitude is not expected. If you are looking for a hassle-free journey, better avoid this service. And I was not able to leave a negative review on the redBus app.

Don't download this app, don't choose redBus for any of your travel or you will regret for your life. Its a scam company and sadly you will realise this only after travelling with them. If you don't have any other option carefully read their terms and conditions, otherwise pls do not book on RedBus. I would rate it -100 if it was possible. The customer support chat and the call number provided all become unavailable exactly when you need it most! They do it on purpose! Save urself from the Scam!
