Choose your desired connection, enter your passenger information, choose your preferred payment method, and pay for your ticket. The advantages of booking through the app:

INFORMATION ON YOUR TRIP
You can access your trip information and ticket anytime via your phone and can follow your bus’s location. Let the app guide you to your bus stop. Important information, such as delays or changes concerning the bus stop, will be shared with you via push notification or a text message, so you won't miss any information. Very important: don't forget to allow push notifications!

BAGGAGE
Every ticket includes 1 free carry-on bag on board and 1 free suitcase or travel bag. Unlike flights or others means of transportation, you can easily and affordably bring more baggage with you on the bus. Bicycle spaces are also available – just choose the option you need during the booking process. Our bus drivers are happy to help you stow them away. COMFORT ON BOARD
With FlixBus, you are guaranteed a seat with a comfortable and adjustable backrest, extra legroom, private power outlets, and we have toilets on board. During the trip, you can use our free Wi-Fi and buy some snacks and drinks from our drivers. Time will fly by with our great selection of movies, e-books, games, and audiobooks in the FlixBus Onboard Entertainment Portal. GREEN TRAVEL

Ratings and reviews

The app works fine but cannot give a physical address location as to where the bus will pick-up and drop-off.if text conversations via chat always timed out before an agent would return with a answer to my question. Unable to reach anyone by phone. No Wi-Fi and no way to charge devices on the bus. Sadly, this was one of the selling points on the website. Flixbus is an economical way to travel specially for those who have no other option. I would probably pursue an alternative to flixbus .

Very user-unfriendly. Lacks numerous fundamental features: No real-time bus ETA No current location of a bus. No option to amend / change reservation (or a seat). Does not show any details of a route (e.g. stops, layovers, etc.). -- Why are there no route details and not a single stop shown in between?? Looks like something from the 1980s!.. The app seems unfinished.

Overall pretty good but it's dumb that you have to manually go outside of the app and retrieve confirmation email info to paste into the app so it can know you have a trip. Like, you have my email both on the site amd the app; why can't it just know that you've made a purchase through the website and automatically add it to the app? Also, the live bus tracking feature is hit or miss. Can't depend on it.
