Ratings and reviews

If you fail to cancel or adjust your booking on time ( >15 mins prior) they won't refund anything or discount a same-day new booking. If you beat the deadline, then you get the discount. "I made changes before the deadline, why do I need a discount?" - because if you change to a different bus at all, you have to buy the new ticket. All you get is 15% off!!! This bus line is sketchy, use any of the others instead

I accidentally booked two tickets for the same trip. The app says you can cancel or change the ticket through manage your bookings. After attempting about 20 times I found no way to cancel a ticket or change the date. Just ways to edit my personal info. When I inquired with the driver he suggested I call customer service but didn't know the number. once I found one, made attempts where an AI bot hung up on me. I finally reached a human being, got a voucher and resolved my issue in minutes.

If you have to cancel for any reason they'll give you a non refundable voucher that's only redeemable within their company instead of a refund. The Prices are arbitrary, and they rush you to purchase a ticket with a 10 minute timer to get you to buy a ticket as soon as possible. There's hidden fees So think before you jump on that 14 dollar ticket. IMO You're better off paying a bit more with another company.
