-There is no option to save your login for quick access. -You cannot be on a VPN while logging in -After entering your logging credentials you will have to undergo an obstacle course of authentication steps, each and every time. There is no settings option to turn this on or off or simplify logging in. -It seems every 5th time I attemptlogging in, I am asked to take a picture to prove who I am. This is very annoying. -The in app layout is a alittle confusing to navigate.

NOT very user friendly. I agree with others that have said the same. I got into using it due to xrp . I applaud Uphold for not delisting it. Plus I could get some alts that weren't available on CB. But! This is definitely not my go to app . It's very confusing, difficult to send,transfer, etc. I shouldn't have to go with a YouTube video to figure out how do do certain things. I would like to use Uphold please keep it simple! You are the most difficult to use of any exchange

High transaction fees (8% on some trades) and excessive hold times for withdrawal after an ACH toped off with constant ads about their credit card, daily spam, and poorly designed data snapshots. Oddly, it doesn't look like it's possible to transfer out without paying a fee... And if it is, their app is so poorly designed that I can't find it. I wish I never used this app. Edit: the developer responded and then deleted their response.
