Ratings and reviews

Pretty good. Slight issue when trying to view rewards with Zooplus points, screen tries to go back to top of page, but it's possible to still make dog/cat/bird selection. Then screen didn't like to scroll down to available products, but if you overdo it and then scroll back up a little, it works. Minor niggles, but we've had some great dealsm and delivery is pain free and quick.

Zhe new UI is terrible! I don't usually complain when UI changes are made but this one is for the worse. I can't find new store items and it's become much harder to browse by category. This on top of cancelling zoo points without giving your customers anything in return is very dissapointing. I don't understand your choices.

Fantastic app and site really easy to navigate with wide variety of goods at compatible prices. I bought 2 Kong Zoom Groom brushes for cat and dog. With my new customer free postage, I got both brushes for £2 more than the dog brush alone would cost from Amazon. Checkout was secure through PayPal, and very easy. I make zooplus my first port of call for all my pet needs from now on
