I would give this a "5" star if ONLY I could figure out how to get in touch with customer service. I have sold more here in one day than any other platform. Small dollars, but I want to clear out stuff. After a short while being on this app, I have had an error ALL day and cannot post. I just need to be in touch. They make it real hard. Once fixed, I'll change my rating.

Very good workflow compared to the competition, I like how measurements and materials are included in a category, and also how simple the packaging system is (small, medium and large is so much less of a headache than exact weights/dimensions like eBay or a bunch of tiers like Depop). I would prefer it if photos were 1:1 aspect ratio, though, since that's what I use for the other apps and sometimes my photos get cut off when cropped into a rectangle.

No fees for sellers, yay! Pricing looks like it needs to be pretty low to get sales-boo! The sales may come slower on Marketplace and I have to pay 10% in fees, but I make at least 33% more per item. I dislike that there isn't an option to say whether I'm willing to accept offers. I've received several low ball offers on items that I've already listed at my bottom price. I do however love using this app as a buyer and seller when free shipping promos occur! that's when all the action happens!
