Ratings and reviews

This app has to be restarted, due to more issues than the old UI. Most, as well as I, am upset about the UI change which happened a while ago, so this review is happening later, so I could get used to the UI, and avoid a biased review. Since the format is completely different to the PC format, it has a learning curve, but is manageable. You can't mod servers, you can send voice messages (PC cannot). Despite the simple UI, it is a difficult app to navigate. If possible I'd prefer the old UI.

Ever since they updated the UI a few months ago it's like problem after problem with the mobile app. Dropping out of calls randomly, tapping the screen a dozen times to bring up the mute button, interface buttons not loading correcting, it's always something. Used to be better, way over-engineered at this point. Edit 1: thanks for that AI generated autoresponse. I would reach out to support channels if I was confident they would actually do something helpful, but I am not, so I won't.

It's really not been a great experience using discord on mobile the past few months. At some point they did an update to change the ui and it's been breaking more and more ever since. Half the time the "send" button is replaced with the audio icon unless I leave the message and come back. Mobile can't format wide images so they just get half cropped off the screen, and clicking an image to zoom in on it then just crops the image to just the top half of your screen and you can't adjust it at all.
