Used to be great, now it's awful This app used to be fantastic. The UI was great, and the messaging never had issues. Now, the app doesn't work more often than it DOES. All too frequently messages take over 10 seconds to send, even on high quality wi-fi. Oftentimes I won't even see the responses I've gotten, or even be notified of messages at all. You have to close and reopen the app to see what it made you miss. It's nice when it works, but it rarely works.
Disappointed I am all for steam, I use beta, I buy games, I gift games, I join in with the community but damnit the messaging system is buggy, after ten seconds the system will double any and all messages both yours and theirs, if I go on google it will disconnect me from steam. It's okay but it needs improvement, very disappointed that this is steams creation, but happy to use it...
Looks great, works well with plenty of functionality. Just like Steam for Linux-based operating systems (such as Ubuntu), this looks fantastic and works perfectly without issue... I especially like the fact that this application can notify users when an item on their "wish" list is on special! I've given this four stars because let's be honest - there's always room for improvement... But other than that, this application comes highly recommended.
Here's my problem with the app, notifications dont work, they only work in the timespan of one minute when I leave the app, anything that my friends message me after that, I do not recieve. Also why isnt the steam logo on the hotbar at the top of my phone there anymore? It should be there to notify me that I'm logged into the account and not offline
Getting a lot better Nice interface, much improved and matches desktop app. Many of the bugs with the old versions are now fixed and the app runs and works a lot better now, gj Valve!
Steam This is a update of mine. So the only thing wrong with it I'm friend activity for me at least I can't open it is just blank anything else works perfectly fine and the older version was better when it kept you online until you actually logged out.
Small bug fixes
