Ratings and reviews

The new app freezes all the time and loses its context when doing so, making you randomly jump to the home page. Paying with PayPal is not possible - it just keeps asking for the mail address (I have Firefox as default browser, maybe that's the reason, some devs tend to test with Chrome only). I don't care about the UI, so all "improvements" were to the worse for me.

Should have kept the old steam. This new version is noisy trash and doesn't work half the time. I looked up a game on Google clicked it to go to steam page it brought up to a blank screen I decide to manually search for the game with steam and it crashes. You know what they say if it ain't broke dont fix it. Also what on earth were you thinking with the design for the homepage? Old grandmas with poor eyesight ain't browsing for a new game, huge graphics, low populated screen realastate, busy.

Using the app to make purchases and PayPal just keeps looping back round to enter email address. It never gets past this stage. Used to work, but just in time for the Winter Sale it breaks...Great timing. Additional info: app is up to date. PayPal details aren't saved (nor have they ever been). Function is working as intended on Steamdeck so very much seems app specific.
