Absolutely terrible customer service and false advertising. We booked flights through wego and the booking said cabin baggage included. One day before our flight while checking in we find out we only have a personal item and no cabin baggage. I spent 2 hours chatting with the customer support on the Wego and they kept going in circles and did not help me at all. Absolutely garbage and a scam

this app became scam,, everytime i get stocked in hotel reservation , after you get you booking reference, email confirmation, amount deducted, you discover at the last minute, at the hotel desk that no reservation for you, and hotel is full!!! dont worry they will appologize and give you your money back !!, just manage to go take your flight and back home and arrange another vacation , bravo wego

I sadly made a reservation but they cancelled it . afterwards I searched again and I found that the same trip is available online in the app ... then I tried to call them but sadly the machine said that I have to wait 28 minutes to get the answer.... I hope that you can help me
