Ratings and reviews

Booking a flight with Air India when it's operated by Air India Express means the app throws errors when you try to check in, pretending it's your fault (it's not). Can't get boarding pass in the app. Trying to get help on the app means waiting for an hour for an operator, just to get the message they're too busy for you and they might get back in 24 hours but unclear how. If the basics don't work, what's the point of having an app, Air India?

!! HORRIBLE !! Try booking tickets in AirIndia android app with Wallet/Gift Voucher as payment mode. App freezes to white screen and then abruptly lands on homepage requiring you to fill every single details in the itinerary once again. Worst part, consistently freezes at the same payment step. Happened 4 times while using gift vouchers, switched to AI wallet instead and tried 3 more times in vain. Horrendous....

After selecting the seat,there is no option to remove the seat before making check-in. Other airlines have the option to remove the seat already selected before clicking the final check-in button. Create option to remove the seat in the seat selection so that passenger selection can be removed. We are providing such suggestion, if you Air India respect this we, we' be encouraged to provide such valuable feedback and many innovative ideas. Otherwise, we just rate poor and move forward as usual.
