Our first trip was very good, and the booking went smooth. However, when I'm trying to use my 'referral code' in my friends' devices, it's just not working, showing 'something seems to be wrong'. I tried to use the 'chat with us' in the app, but the 'Help' section is not even opening, showing some webpage error. Please fix it soon.

Very disappointing experience with the RedBus app. I attempted to book a rail ticket through the app, but the booking was not completed. However, an amount of ₹6810 was deducted from my bank account and I did not receive any ticket confirmation, message, or email. I also tried to contact the support team through email, calls, and the help section in the app, but unfortunately no one has responded. The help section itself is not working properly and shows multiple errors.

I had a very smooth and reliable experience with redBus. The app is easy to use, and booking a bus ticket takes just a few minutes. It shows multiple options with clear details like boarding points, timings, seat availability, and prices. The payment process is safe and quick, and the ticket confirmation was instant. Customer support was also helpful.
