it's nearly impossible to cancel the subscription and stop the auto pay mandate. While registering it shows cancel anytime but the option to end the subscription is no where in the app. there is no customer care number. the number provided in the app does not work and only tells to contact through whatsapp. the whatsapp link not in the app.

it's a bad experience 2 times... I tried activating my subscription and the app says subscription is active on the app... but when I try to watch to any content it says I need to activate the subscription 🤣 thy have just make a joke... it's total fraud.... I tried reaching out to the customer service they says drop an email and email has no response.... days are ticking I don't think I will ever going to come back here....

I took a ₹1 trial but ₹199 was deducted automatically without clear notice. I cancelled the subscription immediately. Please improve transparency for auto-renewal and help with refund.
