The app itself is fine I guess but your service as a business sucks. I waited almost a month for my elite box and while there was a lot of stuff in it, you didn't listen at all to what I wanted. It's actually everything I said I DON'T want. I'm keeping one item out of the box just so my styling fee doesn't go completely to waste.

The app saves my preferences. It has a pretty good filtering system. It gives instructions on how to measure properly so as to get the right size. The products themselves are fantastic. They have a lot of variety. They also have a diverse range of products from Sleepware to active wear and, of course, they have bras and panties with lingerie.

Used this one time and never again! Bought an elite box when they were on discount. Kept 2 items and returned the others. They tried to make me pay full price for items by stating they were "damaged" just from trying them on and they weren't! They also said items were missing and I tore up my house looking for the so called "missing" items that were never found! They gave me the money back and called it a "one time courtesy" but I will never order again out of fear of it happening again!
