The exercises work pretty good, I feel like I'm seeing greater improvement in my endurance and control and the advice might not alway relate to my situation, but they do touch on and give advice on a lot things are important to listen. Like physical and psychological health, and how to start handling your particular situation.

I think this is a great app and it has helped me a lot. I'm 18 days in and haven't missed a single day. I wish I could give it more stars, unfortunately around 12 days in the content became very repetitive. I've gotten the same 4 moves 4 days in a row for the power training and even longer I've had the same affirmation of strength. The app has some solid AI features just wish it was built up enough to continue to support past the first month.

I simply checked out the site and paid the $19 cause it seem like a good 1 time purchase. I get charged a $45 fee a month later. I never used the app or even read what I got for $19. when I went to cancel what I discovered was a subscription they told me even though I never used it they can't give me a refund but I can cancel. they then offered to give me access for free for life and ask will that work? I say definitely not. I don't want yo product period I want my money back. Do not purchase..
