Caveat emptor! I got this app through an ad on Meta, and was led to believe it was a one time purchase. Definitely false advertising! Before the first month was even up, I was billed $45.99 for the second month, but on their billing schedule, rather than 30 days after download. So, in essence, I only got 24 days for the month, so also be aware of that. Update-After several emails, I was able to get my payment returned. The app itself is decent, and would have been a good one time purchase.

The exercises and some of the other features of the app are very useful. however, the calming meditation sessions are absolutely 100% useless. They have the most horrible male voice trying to guide you through it. it's more enraging than calming by a significant measurement. this makes the app about 50% worth it. It would be nice if there was an option for either male or female voice guided calming/meditation and or just no voice. especially for the parts of the plan itself.

I simply checked out the site and paid the $19 cause it seem like a good 1 time purchase. I get charged a $45 fee a month later. I never used the app or even read what I got for $19. when I went to cancel what I discovered was a subscription they told me even though I never used it they can't give me a refund but I can cancel. they then offered to give me access for free for life and ask will that work? I say definitely not. I don't want yo product period I want my money back. Do not purchase..
