Ratings and reviews

Our first trip was very good, and the booking went smooth. However, when I'm trying to use my 'referral code' in my friends' devices, it's just not working, showing 'something seems to be wrong'. I tried to use the 'chat with us' in the app, but the 'Help' section is not even opening, showing some webpage error. Please fix it soon.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I booked ferry round trip tickets from HarbourFront Singapore to Batam Centre using the RedBus app. RM586.26 was successfully deducted from my bank account, but no tickets were generated and there is no booking record in the app. Payment went through, money was taken, but I received zero confirmation and zero tickets. This is a serious system failure, not a minor glitch. Now I have to chase customer support for a refund. Very disappointed!!!!!

Discount coupons don't give you discount as such they add different charges and your final amount will be as is. Also the cashback is a big scam. You will get it in the redBus wallet but will not be able to use full in one transaction. Red rail experience was also disappointing. Ia have booked rail ticket from red rail and the final amout with discount was just 4 rupees less than the official irctc app total fair. I literally compared the two. as there are many charges red rail will charge you.
