I purchased bus 4A seat (single) online. On that day been arrange to 5B (double side) which is no match my purchased order. Very very disappointed!!!
I bought a train ticket. But why no ticket confirmation sent to my email? How am i suppose to check in if no ticket? Pls upgrade your apps. I thought the apps will b more convenience to buy ticket but i was wrong.😑 Should buy through the ktm website directly..more easy n fast.
Pick up your phone lah .. how many time i need to call your customer service and nobody is answering my phone call? How to settle, report to KPDNKK and police or what?
One of the best app but note that Easybook is very unreliable. Their response for coach that sends passengers to wrong destination and for times where coach drivers sleep with door open at isolated car parks is that "Easybook responsibility does not include maintaining the quality of buses, staff behavior and punctuality". So if you book a coach to Genting but the coach stops at TBS (140KM away), Easybook does not take responsibility.
Why do we have to contact the customer service to get the itenary?? It defeats the purpose of a mobile app.
Nice apps with a good function and not complicated at all.it just that please fixed the part after payment..it is always stuck at that part when u alrdy pay the ticket but then suddenly it's not functioning and when i check my email there is no confirmation email or the ticket itself.and i need to call ur customers service because of that.just that part...overall nice..😊✔💕💋
