Warning! Fraud company. I tried to make a bus booking with this app. The payment status was "failed" but my credit card was charged. I sent an e-mail to Easybook but received no reply. I opened a fraud complaint with my credit card company. There is no record of the transaction in the order history or email (not in junk folder) just the fraudulent charge on my credit card.

Booked the wrong terminal by mistake. In Johor Bahru there are two terminals (Larkin and Tun Aminah), but the system only showed “Johor Bahru,” which caused confusion. There was also no final confirmation page to review the booking before payment. By the time I realized the mistake at the terminal, it was too late and the ticket was non-refundable. The booking system could be improved to prevent this issue for other users.

My experience using this app was quite disappointing. I was unable to get a refund even after following the given steps. I also could not reschedule my booking, which made the situation even more frustrating. There were additional charges that were not clearly explained. The customer service was very poor, slow to respond, and not helpful in solving the issue.
