Ratings and reviews

Not recommendable. Why are there refundable plans only for limited reasons? People have many reasons to cancel their trip, why not include change of itinerary and others? And these changes of trip plans sometimes don't even come with documents which you make it compulsory to present! Why do we have to pay extra just to be denied later for refunding right? You guys even charge for ticket cancellation but I still can accept. But these tickets sometimes cost us hundreds of ringgit! Unbelievable!

They take extra money for being safe for ticket return. But one time me and my friend decided to cancel, it's somehow impossible. We lost more than 150RM+ total. I didn't sign up and just buy through app. So when I addressed support, they overwhelm you with steps you don't even understand and don't have access to, for example history. As for my friend, he was even signed up, but the cancelling function of app is not working. And support just says that they can't refund due to terms & conditions

To call this Easybook is very misleading. This is the most convoluted booking app I have ever used. Most of the time you cannot even get a digital pass, so you will be queuing up at the station to get a printed ticket which could take a long time, you could even miss your bus! You also need to pay for this ticket! If you can get a digital pass you will be paying extra for that as well and you will need to manually enter all your details to retrieve your booking again! This isn't Easy!
