Warning! Fraud company. I tried to make a bus booking with this app. The payment status was "failed" but my credit card was charged. I sent an e-mail to Easybook but received no reply. I opened a fraud complaint with my credit card company. There is no record of the transaction in the order history or email (not in junk folder) just the fraudulent charge on my credit card.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I chose Easybook even though it was more expensive because I believed the digital boarding would make things easier. Only after booking did I find out that my Plusliner ticket still required the terminal check-in/printing process and an additional charge.Plusliner wasn't available on its DiQR search.If I had known this beforehand, I would have booked through redBus instead. This should be made much clearer BEFORE payment, not after the booking is non-refundable.

Booked the wrong terminal by mistake. In Johor Bahru there are two terminals (Larkin and Tun Aminah), but the system only showed “Johor Bahru,” which caused confusion. There was also no final confirmation page to review the booking before payment. By the time I realized the mistake at the terminal, it was too late and the ticket was non-refundable. The booking system could be improved to prevent this issue for other users.
