Ratings and reviews

I'm very disappointed with Easybook. Their customer service is unprofessional and inefficient. I was asked to repeat the same refund information over and over again, with no real progress. So when I addressed support to customer service, I was only given instructions to cancel it when I clearly stated that I can't cancel the ticket. They overwhelm you with steps you don't even understand and don't have access to. I just lost my ticket.

Booked the wrong terminal by mistake. In Johor Bahru there are two terminals (Larkin and Tun Aminah), but the system only showed “Johor Bahru,” which caused confusion. There was also no final confirmation page to review the booking before payment. By the time I realized the mistake at the terminal, it was too late and the ticket was non-refundable. The booking system could be improved to prevent this issue for other users.

To call this Easybook is very misleading. This is the most convoluted booking app I have ever used. Most of the time you cannot even get a digital pass, so you will be queuing up at the station to get a printed ticket which could take a long time, you could even miss your bus! You also need to pay for this ticket! If you can get a digital pass you will be paying extra for that as well and you will need to manually enter all your details to retrieve your booking again! This isn't Easy!
