I'm trying to cancel my subscription and there's no unsubscribe place anywhere on the login page. I've googled how to do it and that's not been any help, as it says it depends on where you subscribed at to begin with. l submitted a ticket on one of their pages asking for help or to unsubscribe me and left my email if there's any questions. I will wait 24 hours for a response from them and look for a number to call as well. I'm having to do away with all extra expenses.

Overall it's a good app to use. However, the adds are not optional to skip. Some are very repetitious and 30 seconds long. Also, if you have a phone that is older or its the app you may have these adds just stop a while till they come back to keep going on to the end. Popular people are up front and easy to find but some of the best and more rare shows and teachers you have to already know them and search for them or you won't see them on it. This is sad to me.

Extraordinary really frustrating trying to just login. Apparently, I have logged in at some other time but I did not have the app. There's no way to update any thing and there's no help in their help area for logging in. They will send you a code via your email but you can never get back to this area to enter in the code on your phone, it just disappears. Huge waste of time. They really should get rid of the sign in login thing.
