No points showing after purchases, error message after trying to view points, and terrible return policy. Right after placing an order, I realized that the wrong item was included. I was told, despite it not even being processed, that I couldn't cancel the item. I received a 20% off coupon as a "sorry," but I can't even view it or use it in the app. I have 0 points, despite having made several purchases this year under the same account.

I am always having to reset my password because it "expired". I just reset my password 2 weeks ago, tried to login and it said my password expired again. So I'm trying to reset it so I can make a purchase, but the email still hasn't come through. Also, app is buggy when something may or may not be out of stock - I say that because sometimes I can add the item that's in stock, sometimes (most times) I can't. It pulls an error message.

There is ALWAYS something wrong with this app. It doesn't load properly, you can't look up past orders, etc. I won't stop using bc I love their clothes and the fit, but geez plz make it user-friendly without glitches. Otherwise, just get rid of it completely, and I'll just use my laptop. It's super inconvenient and frustrating. *One more thing - I was in NZ for a month in '22, and now it won't reset to the USA, so I don't get points when I order. Not a train smash but annoying.
