App is fine, but with 2 current issues. 1st: how is there absolutely no option to switch which is the main profile? I took over an account & now I can't delete the old account holders profile. Netflix tech support told me to rename it (don't want their recommendations/viewing history) or delete my account which I've had for 12 years to start a new one. 2nd: the app freezes & then crashes frequently on Roku TVs.

This app used to work perfectly, but now it is extremely buggy and will not play anything whatsoever! What is the point of a streaming app that can not play video!? I can't believe we have to pay for something that doesn't even work but there are free services that have a much better handle on their apps. If Netflix really wants to keep users they should give everyone affected a free month and fix such a basic issue.

Note: Do not sign up for Netflix if you plan to stream to your older Samsung SMART TV. The smart hub Netflix has been discontinued and Chromecast can't even stream Netflix onto the TV. Netflix can be opened on Chromecast, but attempting to stream ANY title results in it buffering to 99% followed by the following: "We're having trouble playing this title right now. Please try again later or select a different title." 3 app chats + 2 customer svc calls later: "It's a known issue".
