FEEDBACK

If you give feedback about the Xbox App to Microsoft, you give to Microsoft, without charge, the right to use, share and commercialize your feedback in any way and for any purpose. You also give to third parties, without charge, any patent rights needed for their products, technologies and services to use or interface with any specific parts of a Microsoft software or service that includes the feedback. You will not give feedback that is subject to a license that requires Microsoft to license its software or documentation to third parties because we include your feedback in them. These rights survive this agreement.

Ratings and reviews

App is great to communicate quicker through text instead of using the slow method of typing with a controller. Was good for parties until recently. I cant join parties through the app, and when I host one and someone joins either they cant hear me, or I cant hear them. As well as when we go to play a different game while staying in the party, I will get kicked from the party and have to create a new one. Please fix this issue, as it has erased one of the only two reasons I have for keeping it.

Microsoft has great Devs but has no one figured out that if you are using the Xbox App as a remote keyboard the text box needs to float over the keyboard? You literally can't see anything as you are typing. Other programs have figured this out, but not the Xbox app. Also, while we are at it, how about a widget or a shortcut to the Xbox remote, so we don't have to open the app, select the console and then click on the remote control each time.

I never really got much out of the app but the points thing was exciting . I tried to redeem my points for a $3 gift card (to buy mortal shell which is on sale for $2.99) Apparently many people are having this same issue to the point that they are calling it a scam. Its pretty lame. Outside of the points im not sure what value the app had for consumers. Its great for Microsoft. the daily rewards (that you will never receive) keep you coming back to see stuff about game pass.
