SEARS isn't even trying. Keep hoping this app gets easier to use - nope. Things like filtering for the type of clothing you want is very frustrating - shirt, tall, shortsleeve, button front. Shouldn't be that hard. Then when you finally get your search setup and filtered, you can't return back one screen without getting kicked completely out and losing all your search filters.

It totally erased every item in my cart!! And it is super slow , it tends to go to the very beginning of the list after placing an item in cart, it shows very few items in succession before needing to refresh and continue!!! Really HORRIBLE app! It's only because of the awesome deals offered that I have even messed with it at all, but I'm done. Too bad Sears, I always liked you, online, you suck.

So.. though the app is STILL really slow. So most stores are closed. If Sears wants to keep loyal customers they need to keep their website and app UPDATED! I've been a loyal Sears customer since '71. I can't believe their app is so messed up. Not only is it slow, they need to remove items that are no longer available. It's a waste of time for people to search things, then read the description, maybe decide to buy it, then only to find out it's no longer available AFTER you put it in your cart.
