This App fails at the most important thing it is meant to do, which is accept customer payments. Every time I attempt to make a payment through the app using my bank account, the payment is returned and my bill payment is not processed. This has led to an accumulation of past due balances and associated late fees. Every time I have attempted to submit payments, I have more than enough funds to cover the transaction and all of my account information is correct. Terrible user experience

Your app doesn't have the option to cancel the payment. I looked all over the app , I also went on line to try to cancel payment, but nope .And , when I called the Customer Support Number the operator had no clue. I've been back and forth with People's Gas for assistance but nothing.
