1. This is really not an app, its a webpage. Why do you guys don't even have the budget to build a proper app? 2. Seat selection is awful when its rush hour for example Eid seasons. When I select a seat, it should be allocated to my account whether the payment succeeds or not. Take example from Daraz. Even if the payment fails, i can make payment for that particular item within a short period of time. But in your case, if the payment fails, there is no guaranty that i can re-avail that seat.

Edited at 21 October, 2024: This App has improved a lot. But, the only problem is, when someone apply for refund, they don't give assurance when he/she will get her money back. Though it is not in the hand of Railway, but the should give strict order to bKash, Nagad and other banking apps so that they should refund people’s money within 48-72 hours. I've seen many people didn’t get their money back within month. So, take this note seriously

User interface is quite simple and loading time smooth enough. NID verification is the time-befitting demand. Train tracking option needed to be included. Try to fix the station name issue. On top of that, while searching the name of this app in the play store we find a lot of fake similiar apps. Keep an eye on this issue too. This app indeed a positive approach but its need major improvement.
