An optional module for validation has been added as desired by participants. The application is designed in collaboration with the participants in DBT treatment.

I love it! I have personality disorders and this app really helps me remember and keep track of my behaviors throughout the day. I used to just journal at night, but I've learned it saves your progress throughout the day. I'll go my diary card in the morning after my meditation, sometime mid afternoon or after lunch, and then again at night, sometimes twice. I'll also go while in crisis. I have really learned to stay more on track, using the various skills. It's great. I use with my therapist.

I like it the best of all the diary cards because its neater and cleaner. My only issue is that I can't seem to send the diary card to my DBT coaches without having to download, save and send each day individually. I would prefer a more seemless way to forward and email the cards. Aside from that its a total game change for me to keep track of my skills.

The app keeps crashing and you lose all of your notes in the diary section. It isn't an app that you can close and open and continue writing. It all just disappears. Super frustrating when you're just about done a diary entry and the app just closes.

What’s new

Update 4.2.7 includes:
* Russian translation.
* The menu is lifted out to a tab, to allow access for those phones without a physical menu button.
* Diary card: Tension scale and mani added, and pdf layout changes.
* Small bug fix with affirmations and language.

Thanks to Anastasia Sorokina, Mikhail Kalashnikov and Insitute of Organizational Psychology for providing Russian translation.

Thanks for all encouragement to continue developing this app!
