Ratings and reviews

Still terrible. Dropbox works so much better. I'm over the "in-your-face" AI popups I have no use for. It's adding button clicks and killing efficiency. My biggest gripe is downloading images on Android. I download. Box says its successful. Except it's not on my phone. 3 more tries in 2 more locations and it might show up. Basic file downloading seems like the first thing you'd get right. Navigation is still super clunky.

Bad at uploading and syncing. Out of order files and gets hung up and won't sync unless on upload status page. Busted. Slow. still gets locked up. trying to transfer photos between folders. terrible syncing. been multiple updates with no fixes, has actually gotten worse. I still cannot properly upload and sync files. Also, I can't clear the files that failed to sync, so it's infinitely stuck in the queue. The way to fix this is to delete the file completely and reinstall the fresh app. Broken.

Just one or two things. 1) There's no reason to quit supporting older android versions for people who just use it for simple file backup. 2) I thought boxnote files were simply their version of text notes. I didn't know they were meant for collab and were literally locked down. No downloading, anywhere, ever. You have to copy and paste *every*... *single*... boxnote file you ever made into some other app. Talk about a monumental pain in the tookus. Aside from those two, for me it's fine.
