Can't sync? Isnt that like the most basic purpose? From an upstairs to downstairs computer I have waited 25 minutes so far for the updated file to sync. Ridiculous. Right click your avatar and under preferences, choose sync. Nope, not there. Sync should be a giant face-forward button on the first page you open, not a goddamn scavanger hunt. This is obscenely inefficient.

It is reliable for uploading & backing up files, photos and videos. But the sort function by date or year or upload date is not intuitive or ever fully reliable. The sharing file function rarely works when I want to send an actual photo file from Dropbox via email (not via a link). The file or video often won't open or save easily (in its original format) to a non-Dropbox folder on a computer or phone. I am looking for better storage options now to meet my needs...and for a better price.

The issue I have is that I try to upload files onto Dropbox through my phone, but it takes forever for them to upload, or they just stay in a buffering "waiting to upload" state. This happens 1) when I have the app running the background, 2) when my screen is off but Dropbox is still running in the background, and 3) even when I have the app open and on my screen. I like how it's user friendly but if this can be fixed it would run much smoother.
