As I work in the tech industry coding It is terribly outdated/optimized for smart tvs. Wired connection So I have the best Internet around. It Freezes, It Kicks You and thats IF it will even let you watch anything at all. They advertised oppenhiemer last year which is why I purchased the 1 year plan. Then It magically never came. It was a ploy to get people to buy. It even still had it listed on the internet that it had it. I ultimately ended up blocking 🚫 the next year payment.

DO NOT TRY THE FREE TRIAL I sent an email, it's automated, I called, it's automated, there's no way to cancel your subscription. I didn't go through any app, I tried the free trial and after a day of not using it, it tells me that I'm unsubscribed and all of the movies / tv shows had a locked icon on it. It loads slow as molasses on a smart TV, the connection is horrible and I was still charged $8.99, I'm waiting for this transaction to process so I can dispute, stay with Netflix and Hulu!!!

very frustrated about a recurring charge from last year that I I received no warning of renewal I can't find one email about it I can't find anything anywhere just to charge on my card. If you're going to charge a card you should send out a bill first. Then it's not that easy to just go and cancel it and I'm already being charged. I honestly can't find even where I got the subscription from I forgot I even had it. very frustrated and three is generous
