Ratings and reviews

After the last update the app crashes constantly. If you type a message then put your phone down, when you go to send another message it reloads the app, you have to wait for that, then it takes you to the main screen NOT the conversation you were just having. Then you have to press chats, then find the chat again. It's even buggier than before. I get constant background notifications that the app is unstable and keeps closing. Thanks.

Would like to be able to track exact hours/time in which the playstation was used. Also a bigger wishlist. we recently got a update 11/2025 stating that we could permanently delete messages sent to other friends, but i tried to do that on the mobile ps app and it didnt even give me the option to do so, all you can do is leave the group, but if you send a new message the whole previous conversations comes up again.

Look, I want to like the app, and I feel like it's getting better, but, it's still a buggy mess. Scrolling through photos and videos specifically for me here. It's very painful to use. I don't mind a little bit of load time so it can show the video properly, that's fine. What's not fine is missed inputs and buggy laggy interface when simply trying to look at an image. I'm guess tapping half the time! Needs a hard focus in that area.
