This app could be great, but there's issues so damn often it's unbearable. Just recently, I haven't been able to log in to my account due to "the app being unavailable for technical reasons" for four (!) days. This wouldn't be too grave if this wasn't a banking app, but all these bugs and technical issues basically freeze banking operations, and make it extremely unreliable. I'm honestly considering changing banks due to how terrible my user experience has been so far (both on the app and site).

insecurely uses sms doesnt work with either msft or Google authenticators sent and received messages cannot be seen in the same thread at least it does not crash very often ok now i cant even figure out how to be able to log in from a browser instead of improving the app is getting worse . update this app now is ever less reliable . instead of crashing it regularly and randomly tells me my banking service is unavailable

Mixing English and French language within the app, direct link to finance products doesn't work, home screen is too busy and putting more emphasis on the advisor contact than the actual account balance summary. On a positive note, being able to access financial product information and overview is a plus (if it worked) as well as the neat budget category functionality (haven't tested yet how well it works). Overall, I preferred the HSBC app mostly due to the more simple and intuitive interface.
