Ratings and reviews

Really bad app experience. For example, you cannot make a transfer to a person that you have transferred funds to before. You cannot save a persons account details but have to always type in their account details every time you make a new transfer. Absolutely medieval app functionality. Unacceptable.

The app works fine for few days, but then occasionally (randomly) it requires me to confirm login with SMS auth code, adding friction with zero security benefit. This is security theater! If someone has already stolen your phone, they can read the SMS too. SMS 2FA only makes sense when the SMS arrives on a different device. Multi-device support is therefore broken as a result, if your SIM is in a phone left at home, you're locked out on your second device unpredictably.

App crashes due to security requirements, apparently because of 3rd party Keyboards, however only Gboard is installed and no other Keyboards in system settings are even available. Locking someone out of their financials because of apparent security concerns mustn't happen. Extensive testing should have been performed, or instant rollback to a previous version. Furthermore, a warning suffices, that a user may be aware of the security problems but can still take the informed decision to proceed!
