I never had a problem with the previous app. I take many prescriptions and was able to manage them all in one convenient place and easily communicate with the pharmacy. But this new app has been having constant issues. Most I've been able to navigate around. But now it won't let me log in. I need to see what scripts I need to order today but it just keeps crashing each time I log in with my biometrics. I've cleared the cache, force stopped and restarted my phone. No new update. Frustrating.

The old app worked perfectly, I had no issues ordering my scripts online. Now everytime I go to use the app it has me logged out and tells me that my email is not recognised. I have had to call my local pharmacy endless times to get their help to fix the issues and now it has done it again. Please go back to the old system as this one is terrible. It is also very difficult to order scripts compared to the old app, I can't see a way to upload photos of scripts also.

Horrible to use. The old version was much better & allowed easier tracking of scripts, not just what scripts you need only. Scripts recently filled completely disappear from the app until the app deems them ready for you to reorder again, but if your GP changes a dosage or frequency, then this feature is useless. You can't see how many repeats you have so might as well go back to the paper versions. Also can't easily incorporate family members (ie: young children without a phone or the app).
