Picture quality glitch. Once photos are uploaded the quality is so poor (despite the photo bring crystal clear before the upload). My insurance claim was not processed because of this glitch. It occurs both if you 'take a photo' or upload via "choose image". Please fix.
Worst health insurance company This is the worst Insurance company I have ever seen don't get policy from them if you don't want to experience the worst specially if you are in WA as they don't have office here so you have to deal by phone or email and they will keep you waiting waiting

Total rubbish. Images are unreadable presumably due to stupidly high compression. Next I'll get a letter asking me to waste more time and mail the invoice. Please hire real developers and fire the current, incompetent lot.
Every time you submit a claim the picture converts to blurry. This is not a problem with my phone as the picture is clear until it is converted.
Useless app After almost a month I'm still waiting to see my claim. It supposed to be processed in 5 days
