Every time the app updates, I have to log in again. The login process is slow, and if there is no reception where I am at the time, well too bad. I get caught out way too often. The app is slow to respond in general on a Galaxy S23 which is not old enough for the drama this app causes. Do better.

This app is terrible i cannot even log into it it gives me a three digital no's and I still cannot get in to it, it is so frustrating just fix this

A big warning shows on the app when payments are overdue. I clicked on it, selected the one-off payment method, entered new credit card details for the payment, finalised it, then went back to the home screen. The warning was still there. I thought the payment hadn't worked (I don't remember seeing any confirmation), so went through the whole process again. Got a confirmation that time. Warning was still on home screen. Checked bank account and saw that I had paid twice. Ugh. Please fix the UI.
