I rejoined last year. I previously had Authenticator App set up to access NIB. Now I don't. So I cannot access ANYTHING. Tried to get an Authenticator set up, but guess what - you need to use the Authenticator to log in! Moronic!!!

Every time the app updates, I have to log in again. The login process is slow, and if there is no reception where I am at the time, well too bad. I get caught out way too often. The app is slow to respond in general on a Galaxy S23 which is not old enough for the drama this app causes. Do better.

I have the icon for nib on my phone but I click on it and that is as far as it goes. keeps going around and around.
