Ratings and reviews

Since the latest update, I have to log in every time I go to use the App. That's two lots of multifactor authentication and set up a new pin number every time. Very annoying! Isn't the whole point of having an App that I don't have to keep logging in every time?

I joined a couple of months ago as the dental benefits were good, especially the unlimited preventive care visits. Within a couple of weeks, I got a message saying this is no longer the case. Today's message says that benefits will change if I do not see one of their providers. It has been like like a bait-and-switch situation. The app also does not allow me to get an estimate of benefits for a procedure. My previous app allowed me to enter codes and know exactly what my rebate would be.

How is it possible that this app degrades in usability and quality with every update? Please tell your developer: hitting the back button on a phone has never, ever meant "log out and close the app". And your email code security function is utterly broken - I get a code in my inbox maybe one time out of five. Stop pouring resources into funky colours and fonts and start looking at basic functionality.
