Setup was fine and the app itself is pretty nice, but removing the option to use a physical FOB that we PAID FOR as part of our memberships, as well as the unnecessary digitalisation of such a basic function as opening of a door, forces myself and others to share our concern for this 'feature'. It's a shame that others are having trouble signing in and having to deal with the stress that comes with it.

App constantly signs out requiring me to frequently try and sign in again when trying to enter the building. Digital Access doesn't work stuck on loading leaving no way to get into gym outside of staffed hours. Had none of these issues with the physical fob that I had to purchase previously. Update: The issue was 'resolved' with the provision of a new physical access tag, fortunately the $30 fee was waived after a call to support. More work however is still required to address flaws in the app.

I can understand the intention and motivation to develop an app to access the club. Modernise, more consumer choices, lost your fob, whatever. But when you add the app as the only way to access the club and also get rid of the ability to access the club through fob, it seems like you're going out of your way to make me download this app on my phone. What about old people, or people experiencing homelessness, or anyone without smartphone that wants to access the club?

Thanks for raising your concerns around our app. Members whose phones don't support digital access can visit their club to pick up an alternate option. We strive to ensure our clubs are available to all members of our community. We will be releasing further self-service features shortly which will add further value to our app for our members.
