I love the clothes and the app functions decently! I just wish there was a better filter option when browsing clothing. Sometimes when I search clothing I'm given irrelevant items because they take one keyword from my search. My liked list is also quite long so a way to filter through my liked products would be nice too, or being able to make seperate wishlists so I could organise my likes better. Customer service is great!

The website works perfectly fine and I love the style and quality of products provided. However, at a random point in time several months ago (maybe even over a year) the app has just crashed every time I've tried to open it. It sucks. No point in having the storage space used on my phone for an app that won't even launch. If you're interested in lolita/alternative fashion, check out the website instead.

Used to be okay, if less functional than the site. I did place an order through the app and it was fine. However, I haven't even been able to open it in months due to crashing issues. Every time I try to even open the app it crashes immediately. Really disappointing, I hope they put out an update. I've been checking here for months though and it's still not fixed. For now, I'm uninstalling. Just use the site on your phone.
