Customer service is trash, I ordered 3 items back on Dec 5th, I have received 2 of the items & have reached out multiple times to cancel the 3rd item (since it has been way over 1 month since purchasing & the item is still not shipped) and get a refund. They blame everything on their vendors & are not canceling/refunding my order. Look at my profile, I do not give bad reviews normally.....I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!

Always liked the app. Loved the unique items, clothes, accessories etc etc. Have been a customer for years. For the past week or so, however, I've been getting the message "we've hit a small snag. The page isn't loading right now. Please give us a moment to fix this." So, I just uninstalled the app. I want a fun shopping experience, not a hassle. Sorry, zulily, you lost a customer.

After loving and using this app for several years it may be time to uninstall for good. Prior to mid December 2023 I rarely ever had any issue of any kind with Zulily or the app. Since mid Dec. When I open the app, it gives me an "oops, there is an error, try again later" message. I've uninstalled and reinstalled (more than once), I've checked and double checked settings and don't see anything off. Yet I just get the error. Too bad.
