Had to downgrade to a previous version as the last updates broke the connection. I can't send messages to my guests, it keeps throwing a "something went wrong" message. The app doesn't work well behind a VPN, which I must use. It keeps asking for a 2FA code to perform many actions because it loads parts from the web instead of being developed natively. Doesn't make sense as the app itself is meant to be a 2FA option (pulse code). You make billions and charge high commissios, you must do better.

Parts of the app are loaded from the website, and it is impossible to go back without restarting the app. It requests sms veryfication all the time, and then it says too many attempts try again later. The UX seems designed by Kafkha, and the UI by a Commodore64 developer on acid. I can't manage my property because "too many attempts" since it doesn't retain login during navigation.

For 24 days I've not been able to upload, view and rearrange my property photos on the Pulse app. All photos are greyed out and when I click on them it says there's an error. Reported it immediately and received a response saying that it's a known bug with the app that they are working on. 24 days have passed and not a single resolution in sight. Such a terrible app and terrible customer support, as nothing gets resolved.

What's new

Thanks for using Pulse! With this release we have fixed some of those annoying bugs that may have interfered with you being able to manage your property on-the-go. You can now change the main photo of your property and easily rearrange all other photos on Pulse. You can also add the top facilities that guests are looking for the most.
