Ratings and reviews

I book all my hotels and flights through the app, often traveling internationally and adding tickets to various tourism venues. The prices are usually about 5-10% higher than booking directly through the hotels/airlines, but the convenience of having your itinerary and tickets in one place is well worth it. I recently booked a flight and subsequently had to change it. I called the Customer Service department and had my booking changed in less than 20 minutes. Absolutely stellar.

like others have said using the app to book a hotel is easy until you need to make a change or cancel. save yourself the headache just book directly! I had to cancel a stay that was made in error immediately after it was booked, i immediately requested a cancellation and refund. it was days before the booking was but i didn't receive any response until after the dates of the stay had passed. of course they don't want to refund after the fact and now I'm stuck in customer service hell!!

They wouldn't rebook my flight, even though I paid extra for that option. The chat operators could not see the flight I choose to reschedule too, so I had to go back and get the information and write it down, only for them to tell me no flights were available in the months of January and February...6 months later. 1. why did I pay extra to have a flexible flight date. 2. why couldn't the agent see the flight I choose? needless to say I won't be using this app again.
