Ratings and reviews

I'm fairly proficient at navigating apps and the internet. this is the worst experience I've ever had with any type of app. very convoluted and confusing. they jump all around and take you in circles. customer service impossible to talk to a human. easier to talk to Google than someone live at booking. deleted account out of frustration but they still accepted a reservation. That's on them.

Recently, my experience with them has been unfavorable, having booked a room for a birthday getaway only to be informed upon arrival that there was no room available due to the reservation being canceled on the same day it was made, 6 weeks prior, without any notification. I was subsequently instructed to book an alternative room with the assurance of a full refund for the entire stay due to their error. However, they are now claiming that was not what was said even with a recorded conversation.

refund is due! canceled my reservation more than 24 hours prior to check in. app said for me to call the hotel, personally, to cancel the reservation. I did. hotel staff confirmed multiple times. booking is sending the cancelation verification email to an old email address. the hotel staff doesnt have access to. ive informed booking of this and asked them to call to verify. they will not because its not their policy. ive made 8 phone calls at this point. where is the customer service???
