I have experienced being invaded and temporarily unable to recover the losses that devious and unscrupulous scammers are capable of doing. For the short time I have used Avast apps. to fortify my device's, I have had no further issues or problems and feel extremely well protected from any other possible privacy violations. I have learned that 99%+ security is the highest and best that any protective and security apps. can provide, Avast One sends me real-time data, I rely on their support.

Besides losing the option to use the app freely by watching ads because of an update, I was unable to use it to "sleep" apps for about 2 months last fall - the only reason I paid for a subscription. Customer care was in contact with me a few times while they worked on a fix, but never offered to compensate me in any way. Now that my subscription has ended, I've moved on to a different app that lets you sleep user apps at no charge, and system apps for a subscription price of $1.99.

Had premium, and was promised that even if I didn't pay for it again, by watching an ad, I would still have access to premium coverage cleaning. It suddenly stopped, and now am forced to buy premium. Broken promises doesn't make this a good app. Just paid for premium, and even rebooted phone, yet still doesn't clean like it did before. I want my money back, and am going to unsubscribe my payment as well... total failure on your part
