Extremely aggressive upselling. They quietly sold me a completely useless PDF for 10 euros without clear notice. I don't want to use a product where I can't feel safe. They take advantage of my focus on language learning for sneaky, small-scale pickpocketing. Would you like a few more alternative versions depending on the tone you want — for example, more formal, sharper, or slightly softer?

Sincerely, the app promotes an illusional propaganda on Instagram platform. I did my subscription searching for a ongoing interaction with more speaking exercises, as well as to have contact with AI, as previously presented. I tried to cancel my subscription, asking for refund, but the team has not answered my email until now. The app is good for elementary students, the lessons are well-elaborated. I would recommend for my teenager nephews.

They offer a free trial but do not give you any way to cancel it before the 7-day period. I sent two emails requesting the cancellation to no reply. I had to report it to my credid card provider. They keep trying to get the money from my account, and they would have taken it if it were not for my to have flagged them to my bank. Terrible experience.
