Wow, I want to like this app because the idea of having a front row seat to all of the concerts in the catalog is amazing. Unfortunately, the app itself, whether on mobile or my Samsung TV, is barely usable and really takes away from the positive experience. The app won't save your place if you watch half a concert and come back later. Then, when you do have to start over, navigation controls are EXTREMELY limited, so getting back to your spot is very frustrating. VEEPS, do better.

I had difficulty with the paid acct subscription. I could not login or change my password. The email link let me in but I only saw the chat. I had msg customer service the day before & today but was assured my account was activated and ready. Customer service had me log out and try again. I lost all access. I used the link they sent. It forced me into new account so I just ended up buying a second ticket. I finally entered the live around 5:45ET😭🙃. They should have reset me this morning

Bug doesn't let me open the app now👎👎 app needs a few things like being able to subscribe and buy bundled shows and be able to use your Google play to play
