When it works, it is fine. When it doesn't, you can't do anything. I've had two problems so far. Firstly, all classes with available spots being greyed out and not free to book. Secondly, a few days after that resolved itself, the app got stuck on the loading screen. Currently have uninstalled it and am redownloading in the hopes that might fix it. This is a real problem to keep having all these issues when it stops you from getting spots in the fitness classes you want to take.

The design of the app is simple, uncluttered and easy to use. However, I think there are some changes that could be made that would improve functionality and ease of use. In the "book" tab the only way to filter activities is by instructor, you should be able to filter by type of activity. In the "more" tab the facility hours should be listed and there should be a button that links directly to the web page where the aquatics, group fitness and gym schedules are, rather than just "visit website."

The app doesn't work as intended. Classes with availability are greyed out while classes that are full are clickable. I can log in on the app but trying to log in on the website gives a 'The email and password you entered don't match' error so there is no way to successfully book a class without asking someone at reception to do it for you.
