will change my review when service improves. currently, even ad-free p+ has "bumper ads" or "trailers" which are just ads. can't be skipped or turned off. I find this deceptive corporate marketing tactics. also, does not have a skip episode button or an ability to see the actors in a movie unless you watch the movie credits. these are some basic quality of life improvements I'd require to continue my service. edit: you cannot get support for this issue, they call them "contractually-obligated"

There needs to be better app controls while casting. There is no "skip intro", "next episode" or "skip ad" while casting to a TV. I paid for ad free and it's still giving me ads. What an absolute scam Paramount+ is. I've also noticed shows under "keep watching" that I've never watched. No one else shares my account so I should be the only person able to access it

Good content, but the user experience is limited compared with its competitors Update: dropped this from 3 stars to one because in 3 years they really haven't gotten any better as a phone app or as a service. Update 2: still deserves only 1 star: its download options aren't as good as Netflix, its offline downloaded videos stutter on devices that play Netflix without a problem, its 'pick up where you left off' experience isn't nearly as good as Netflix.
