App is missing a lot of basic features (earbud controls, double tap to skip ahead) and is genuinely very poorly designed. A lot of times I've had to search where I was last as the app really struggles to remember when I finished watching, in some cases entire episodes. Also signed up for the wrong tier, within a few hours asked if I can upgrade, and was told that I would loose black Friday pricing. Currently have a reminder on my phone to cancel in 3 months.

Major problem, even though I download an episode, it still consumes data when watching unless I turn off data. Then if I leave it for a bit to answer a Whatsapp message, as soon as I come back I see the show for a split second but then it kicks me out to the profile screen again. The back gesture closes the app instead of taking you to the list of movies it just closes the app.

This might be the most useless app I've ever had. Struggles to load pages and freezes all the time. 75% of the time, I can't open my downloaded videos. Won't even open the page. I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. Nothing helps. Doing my 7 day trial right now. I 100% intend to be canceling and deleting at the end of the week.
