The application is user-friendly and straightforward to navigate. However, the service charges are excessively steep, and the repayment period is disappointingly brief, amounting to slightly over 6 days rather than the advertised 7 days. It would be beneficial for the repayment term to be proportionally extended as the borrowed sums increase. Additionally, it would be advantageous for borrowers to have the option to repay in installments.

A friend introduced this app to me. Everything was good with the setting up, but after requesting a loan, I was declined and asked to wait for 30 days before trying again and even after waiting for the 30 days, I still wasn't able to be granted a loan. I was still asked to try again after another 30 days. And the customer service line is unreachable and I've left series of messages via their email and got no response. I wouldn't advise anyone to waste their time in downloading this app

It appears 2b a great app nd institution if thy cn b honest with themselves by providing wat thy advertise. We need money 4 business nt chocolates! De service charge is abnormal! nd de repayment period is too short. Otherwise it's great app with great staffs , very patient with highest customers' relation skills. Dat's y I've added the 4stars I reserved. I really understand why they give small amount; nothing is really safe in this corrupt world, it's hard to trust any1. Long live Peony.
