This app is a complete drain on your finances. The fees are unfair and outrageously high.They charge $5 just for issuing a virtual card, and to make matters worse, they impose a 5% commission on every single purchase! Even more outrageous is the $1 penalty fee if a transaction fails (even if it's due to a technical error or a minor insufficient balance). It's definitely not recommended for small amounts or everyday use; the fees will eat up your balance in no time. There are far more transparent

This is very weird app, each time you reinstall, hard reset your device or change your phone you have to re upload your ID documents for verification which is not the best way, why can't your system keep this as a one time verification? And each time you submit you must have to wait for not less than a week before you can get back to your account. I had never seen a system like this which ask for ID documents for every re installation. Very bad experience.

I have been trying to withdraw my fund for years, initially they I had issue with the card, that was resolved last year. To withdraw now is a problem, if I want to send it to another Pyypl user it says the person is not a current Pyypl user. To send international, it says the route is not available. I bought a gift card again and they refused to give me the code so as to redeem it. They are scammers
