This is very weird app, each time you reinstall, hard reset your device or change your phone you have to re upload your ID documents for verification which is not the best way, why can't your system keep this as a one time verification? And each time you submit you must have to wait for not less than a week before you can get back to your account. I had never seen a system like this which ask for ID documents for every re installation. Very bad experience.

This app does not work. Period. I have tried repeatedly to create an account. The process gets stuck immediately. After entering a nickname and my phone number, the country selector is unresponsive or fails to validate. The app simply will not let me proceed to the next step. I have done all the standard troubleshooting: stable Wi-Fi, mobile data, reinstalling the app, and ensuring it's updated. The problem is not on my end—the app's sign-up system is fundamentally broken.
